Laos is invested in the construction of a production line of 300,000 tons of bleached sulphate hardwood pulp. Among them, the building area of newly-built factory and supporting facilities is 96,255m2, and 122 sets of production and auxiliary equipment such as preparation, pulping, paddle board and alkali recovery are purchased. A new thermal power station is built, the 15MW and 25MW steam turbine units are provided respectively, and one sewage treatment plant is built with a daily treatment capacity of 45,000m3.
