The project is located in Navoi, the largest industrial city in central Uzbekistan,with a total area of 33 hectares. The owner is the Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Co., Ltd. under the Uzbekistan State-owned Chemical Group. The total contract value is USD 439.8 million. It is estimated that the project will produce 100,000 tons of PVC, 75,000 tons of caustic soda and 300,000 tons of methanol per year with an implementation period of 36 months.
