Overview

The product is matched for power capacitors of 35kV and below. It improves the power factor of power system, reduces the inrush current multiples during the switching of the power capacitor bank and inhibits the high-order harmonics of power grid, reduces the overload caused by harmonics of capacitor, reduces operating overvoltage, and plays a good role in the safe operation of capacitor bank, improving the network voltage waveform, improving the power supply quality as well as safe and economical operation of power grid.

The actual operating conditions of the reactor are unpredictable; therefore, all the reactors we design can withstand the worst operating conditions and comply with the international standard IEC60289.

The reactor design is an advanced patent technology that is redeveloped based on German mature technology. Patent certificate No.: ZL 2010 2 0201297.5

 
 

 

Product features

The product is iron core dry type and has three-phase integrated structure;

The iron core adopts high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which is punched and sheared by high speed punch, with small burrs, uniformity and neat laminations, ensuring the low temperature rise and low noise of the reactor;

It uses foil winding structure type, and is wound by special machine with good smoothness and nice appearance;

During the assembly of reactor, all the thread clamps are treated with anti-corrosion, the key clamps are made of non-magnetic materials, and pass through the process of pre-drying-vacuum paint dipping- heat drying and solidifying to make the reactor coils and iron core integrated firmly, thus reducing the temperature rise and noise during operation, effectively improving the quality factor of the reactor and reducing the harmonic effect;

Vacuum pressure impregnation and epoxy resin painting are conducted for the coil and insulating part. After the iron core is assembled, the paint dipping is adopted to make the iron core integral and prevent the iron core from corrosion;

The overall dimension of reactor is designed by referring to standard cabinet body. It has small volume and convenient wiring, largely saving the investment on cabinet body cost for user.

 

 

Service conditions

Environmental temperature: the maximum temperature around reactor is 40℃, the minimum temperature is -25℃, and the annual average temperature is 20℃;

Relative humidity: the relative humidity of reactor is less than 50% at 40℃, and reaches 90% at 20℃;

The elevation shall not exceed 1000m;

There is no harmful gas, vapor and conductive or explosive dust in the air of the installation position.

Other content exceeding the technical conditions shall be processed by Technical Department and user through negotiation, and shall be noted at the time of ordering.
