Overview

The device is widely applicable to the smooth heavy-load soft start of both the high-power and high-voltage electrical equipment and the wound-rotor asynchronous motor with 3~10kV inductive load and 200~10000kW rated power in the metallurgy, petrochemical, building materials, electric power, coal, mechanical manufacturing and cement industries. It can achieve energy conservation and voltage regulation, and improve power factor and quality of power supply.

Especially in industrial and mining enterprises, the reactive power consumed by asynchronous motors accounts for a large proportion. Therefore, it is of great significance to use the in-situ reactive compensation for asynchronous motors to improve the power factor of power supply system, save electric energy, reduce operating costs and improve the quality of electric energy.

 

Function features

 Reduce line loss and voltage drop, shorten the starting time and reduce the starting current;

 The capacitor has built-in discharge components, which can reduce the residual voltage to below 50V within 5 minutes after the device is disconnected from grid;

 The high-voltage jet fuse or current-limiting fuse is used for the short-circuit protection of single capacitor to ensure safety operation of equipment;

 It is equipped with high-voltage live display and electromagnetic lock, and has forced locking function to ensure the safety of operation and maintenance personnel;

 The structure design is reasonable and easy to use, and is switched synchronously with motor and is free of maintenance;

 Increase the loading rate of transformer and efficiency of electrical equipment, and reduce the operating temperature of motor;

 The device is composed of all-film high-voltage shunt capacitor, fuse, current transformer and installed hardware of primary circuit. The secondary circuit is composed of observation gauge and high-voltage live display. The cabinet device with protective interlocks is adopted for it, with complete configuration, compact structure and convenient installation.

 Rated voltage: 6~10kV. It is used for three-phase AC motor with rated voltage of 6~10kV. The maximum operating voltage shall not be greater than 1.1 Un; The maximum operating current shall not be greater than 1.31Un;Fundamental frequency: 50Hz

 Operating mode: connected in parallel with the motor and in synchronous operation

 Protection class: indoor cabinet type is IP20

 

 

Service environment

 The highest environmental temperature is +45℃, and the lowest temperature is -40℃; Relative air humidity is ≤95%

 Altitude is ≤1000m; The ground inclination is ≤50, with no violent vibration and bump at the installation site.

 The power supply meets the provisions of national standards without strong harmonic components

 

 

Compensating effect

The power factor can be increased to above 0.95, and the power saving effect is remarkable; Improve the power supply quality and increase the output of power supply equipment; Reduce the line loss and transformer loss, increase the voltage quality of distribution network and inhibit the voltage fluctuation. Reduce the apparent power of power supply and load current of distribution transformer, and increase the bearing capacity of equipment;
