Product description

This series of energy-saving reactor is used in low-voltage reactive compensation cabinet and is connected with the capacitor in series. When there are a large number of harmonic sources such as rectifier and AC device in low-voltage power grid, the high-order harmonics generated by them will seriously harm the safe operation of the main transformer and other electrical equipment. After the reactor and capacitor are connected in series, it can effectively absorb the power grid harmonics, improve the voltage waveform of the system, improve the power factor of the system, and effectively restrain the switching inrush current and operating over-voltage, thus effectively protecting the capacitor. At the same time, the application of vertical winding process to coils of this series of energy-saving vertical winding reactor, solves the heat dissipation issue of the reactor effectively.

 

 

Structure feature

 

 The iron core is made and laminated from high-quality non-oriented thin silicon-steel sheet, and the coil is winded vertically with high heat resistant, high voltage resistant and high corrosion resistant polyamine sub-membrane sintering wires;

 Distributed air gap is adopted to effectively reduce the magnetic leakage and noise of reactor column;;

 The type test shows that the temperature rise of 50kvar vertical winding energy-saving type reactor is only 25K and the noise is only 45dB;

 After the reactor coil and iron core are assembled into a whole, the technological process of pre-drying - vacuum paint dipping - heat drying and solidifying is adopted, and the high-strength insulating impregnating varnish is used to firmly bond the coil and the iron core of the reactor;

 Non-magnetic materials are used for clamps and fasteners of the reactor to ensure high quality factor of the reactor and better filtering effect;

 All the exposed parts were treated with corrosion prevention.

Generally, the actual operating conditions of the filter reactor are unpredictable; therefore, all the filter reactors of INP design can withstand severe operating conditions and comply with the international standard IEC60289.

Inductance error: 0~+3% of the rated inductance LN

1.10ICN (in the case of over-voltage of 1.10)

Harmonic voltage aberrance:

based on the rated voltage of UN, UH3=0.5% and UH5=UH7=5.0%

Current Ith: 1.05Irms

(associated with adverse operating conditions and capacitor aging)

Linear current of iron core ILin: 1.20ΣI1...7 and ≤1.8IN (associated with all-order harmonic loads)

Ambient temperature: lower than 40℃

Insulation class: F/H class

Place the temperature monitoring device into the middle coil of the low voltage reactor;each coil can be equipped with a temperature monitoring device if required.
