Founded in March 2004, Beijing IN-Power Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “IN-Power Electric”) is an high-tech Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise. With the headquarters located in the High-tech Industrial Park, Zhongguancun, Beijng City, the Company has two R&D Centers, four wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries and twenty-five offices all over China, which build a national marketing and service network. After years of development, IN-Power Electric has become a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development of new energy and power electronic technology, equipment manufacturing and engineering services.
IN-Power Electric regards innovation as the foundation of enterprise development, takes customer demands as the orientation, and provides customers demand as the orientation, and provides customers with satisfactory products and services for the purpose. In the face of new development opportunities, IN-Power Electric has built three business segments, including power quality, rail transit, and energy storage devices, which focus on rail transit, data communication, semiconductor, municipal infrastructure, automobile manufacturing, steel metallurgy, light industry, petrochemical and other core industries to offer customers with integrated solutions on new energy and power electronics technologies.
As the member of the National Power Quality Standard Committee, member of the ESCO Committee of China Energy Conservation Association, and member of the China Power Supply Society, IN-Power Electric has made great contributions to the development of industry technologies and standards, thus has been included in recommended industry energy saving enterprise list issued by Ministry of Industry and Information (first batch). In addition, IN-Power Electric has won many honorary titles such as National Key Torch Program High-tech Enterprise, National Key High-tech Enterprise, one of the Top ten power quality enterprises, and Beijing Innovative Enterprise, etc. At the same time, the Company has successively passed ISO9001/14001, OHSAS18001 management system certification and CQC certification of China Quality Certification Center.

R&D ability
As the core of the electrical technology innovation system of IN-Power Electric, the R&D Centers have continuously integrated R&D resources in accordance with the requirements of cultivating the first-class technological innovation capabilities. The company has two R&D Centers, one of which is located in Langfang, Hebei and the other of which is located in Wuhan, Hubei.
Founded in 2010, Hebei Langfang R&D Center has a strong product R&D team consisting of more than 70 domestic and foreign first-class power electronics and software engineering talents. It is committed to development and promotion of energy management systems, power quality monitoring systems and energy management information platform software, customized products development and non-standardized products response. It has successively been rated as “Hebei Provincial Technology Center and Langfang Power Quality Technology R&D Center, and has established a Hebei Provincial Post-doctoral Innovation Practice Base.
Founded in 2011, Hubei Wuhan R&D Center has a R&D team composed of nearly 30 persons, of which the number of associate professors or above is 2, the number of senior engineers and intermediate engineers respectively accounts for 10% and 30%. The Center has established close cooperation with many research institutes at home and abroad, hired a number of well-known experts as the technical consultants, thus formed the advantages in professional and technical personnel and innovation system. The Center devoted itself to the early R&D of new energy and high-end power quality management products and simulation analysis of cutting-edge technologies.
Since the establishment of the two R&D Centers, by continuously independent innovation, independent R&D and the industry-university-research combination, they have not only obtained rich technical achievements, but also been widely recognized by the industry and customers. A total of 186 patents have been obtained and accepted relating to the main R&D products, including 27 patents for invention, creating the good economic benefits.

Langfang IN-Power Electric Co., Ltd.
Founded in Dec. 2008, Langfang IN-Power Electric Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing IN-Power Electric Co., Ltd.The Company is located in the National Economic and Technical Development Zone of Langfang City, Hebei Province. With the floor space of 140mu and 300 employees, it is a diversified manufacturing enterprise specialized in R&D, production and sales of new energy and power electronics technical equipment.
The Company uses Solidedge software, ORCAD circuit board design software, PDM software and simulation software for product design to continuously achieve upgrade and replacement of products and technologies and thereby guarantee the leading competitive advantage in the industry. Langfang IN-Power Electric has an air conditioner assembly and debugging workshop, a 300,000-class dust-free purification workshop and more than 40 test instruments in 6 categories with the annual output of 60,000 sets. It mainly provides users with power quality treatment equipment, energy saving equipment, power storage equipment, fuel cells and charging piles, etc.
Relying on leading core technologies and rich industrial application experience, Langfang IN-Power Electric has successively been rated as the Hebei Provincial High-tech Enterprise and Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise etc. and has been listed as National Key High-tech Enterprise and International Torch Plan Enterprise Unit. The Company has successively passed ISO9001/14001 and OHSAS18001 management system certification and CCC certification of China Quality Certification Center, realized comprehensive information management, completely used ERP enterprise resource management system, HR human resource management system, PIM product intelligent engineering design system, CRM customer relationship management system and OA office automation system, and established the comprehensive modern enterprise management system.

KBR Power Quality Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2009, KBR Power Quality Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., is the holding subsidiary of Beijing IN-Power Electric. Located in Zhoupu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, covering an area of 18,000 square meters, it is a Sino-foreign joint venture and a production-type high-tech enterprise.
Excellent quality and comprehensive service are the guiding principles that KBR has followed for many years.Since its establishment, the Company has adhered to the tenet of meeting the needs of users, and been committed to R&D, production, sales and technical services in the field of safety compensation and energy storage devices. KBR mainly produces safety compensation kits, thin-film capacitors and energy management acquisition terminals under harmonic environments. The products are mainly used in the fields of power quality, smart grid, new energy, energy storage and energy management, etc.
